My item was delivered by evri. When I arrived home my parcel was gone, not left in my parcel drop box. Contacted the seller many times wasn't offered a solution over the months gone by. No refund or replacement offered. I paid money for thin air I cant stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS SELLER THEY DONT HAVE YOUR BACK IF IT GOES WRONG. I paid good money for nothing and as its been dragged out so long its too late to get a result from a dispute with PayPal. Sneaky. Utterly disappointed!

The buyer informed us that the item had not been delivered; we inquired with EVRI, who confirmed delivery and provided us with a photograph of the item being delivered to the buyer's residence; I advised the buyer to file a claim via eBay or PayPal approximately three to four weeks after the purchase; however, the buyer failed to do so.
