Item arrived within the time frame quoted and the item was new and as described . The item itself is extremely flimsy and I doubt it will last more than one winter . The method by which the cover is secured yo the car is almost farcical . Theres a central plastic locking similar to a seatbelt but infinitely more fragile ad poorly made and a series of 4 ties that , as far as I can guess , fastens through the wheels . Although the quality of the cover is an issue , the supplier was professional .
