The item arrived very quickly but it was rwo days after ordering before I heard anything from the company- saying it was being dispatched. It would have been nice to have confirmation soon after ordering. The item was packed in two boxes. The outer was in perfect condition but the inner was very badly damaged suggesting it must have been damaged being posted. The items was delivered on time and was as described. They looked good, but unfortunately I discovered from the box, that they were not suitable for use with an induction hob and I had to send them back. The seller is going to add appropriate wording to their description.
