Although I haven't had a chance to shoot the gun with it,seems to be of a good quality and I've had no problems putting 10 rounds in it? Usually these brand mags are tough to load? I usually press down on the follower with a pencil eraser end and it helps break it in. Same quality as my factory m&p mag for about 1/2 the price

ProMag did an awesome job of copying the OEM 10-round magazine for the S&W M&P 9mm (not Shield). It's solid and is identical to the S&W magazine in every way that counts ... except for the spring. While loading this magazine the first time, bullets went in strangely. The back of the bullet went down too far and I had to right that bullet before loading the next. But when I got used to it, it seemed to load just fine and shoot without jamming. I'm not a gun expert at all, and I've only had my M&P for a few months, but I've shot a few hundred rounds with it, and loading this magazine definitely felt off at first, but once I got used to it, it was fine. I feel fortunate to have found this product on eBay -- I seem to have bought the last OEM S&W 10 round 9mm magazine in the whole United States a few months ago (I could find a couple of them in Canada but they won't ship to USA). When I tried to find a second one, there were none to be found. I spent months looking. (I live in CA, and the 17-round magazines that came with it are illegal here). The price is about 1/3 less than I paid for the OEM magazine. See pictures.Read full review

I'd highly recommend the ProMag. I purchased the 10 round magazine for my S&W M&P 9mm. It works perfectly at 1/2 the cost of an original S&W magazine. Others have complained that they couldn"t load the 10th round? Its a little stiff, but I was able to load all 10 rounds in mine. Note: I also use a "speed loader", & that makes it much faster & easier to load magazines. If you don't have a speed loader, I'd highly recommend one of them as well. Back to the ProMag! Even for those who said they could only load 9-rounds instead of all 10 (who cares, its literally 1/2 the cost of most oem magazines). But again, with the help of my speed loader, I was able to load all 10 rounds in mine with no problem. Bottom line: Best BANG for your BUCK! .......... Don't hesitate to PULL the TRiGGER. I bought this full size M&P 9 mag for my M&P9 compact and it works great. Every round has fed through, no leaving the last one in as others have said. Also these mags work perfectly with the X grip extension, thats the main reason I bought it. The magazine plus an x-grip for $32 all in, one factory mag with no extension costs more than this.

Mine can only fit 9rounds. When you insert tenth rounds, half of the cartridge is out. I cannot even insert it into my pistol. This magazine is OK for nine rounds, and i just use it as a spare mag so it's ok for me. If you want to use all 10rounds capacity please don't buy this, otherwise it's fine.
