The DVD arrived in the condition described and it was well packaged - the seller did a great job - thank you.Sadly ebay and Royal Mail could have done better. I received an email from ebay to tell me that the item had been delivered on 5 October. However, Royal Mail actually delivered the item the following day to my neighbour (despite me being at home and available to receive it) . Once again, the seller is NOT at fault for ebay and Royal Mail's deceptive poor service.
