Thought I would try this product due to working long 13 hr shifts and was changing week around days nights .. feeling tired low energy needed a boost and these after the first two weeks of taking I did notice a small difference so I will keek taking them and see if the effects are long lasting or a flash in the pan effects

I haven't noticed appreciable change after starting to take this product once a day for the past 2 weeks or so, but the composition of the tablets means that it should help replenish lost vitamins and minerals as intended. The price was competitive and the items were dispatched immediately. I hope to continue taking this vitamin product indefinitely.
