I am giving this experience a neutral rating because I was mailed the incorrect shoes by accident (stuff happens, so I am not mad). I am just disappointed because I really wanted the shoes that were listed. I then had to take my time and effort to print label, mail back etc...which was a hassle, although the process was not difficult. The seller was extremely apologetic, so I have no negative feelings towards them and I would buy from them again. Just wish I had received the shoes I purchased.
