      Most people should have a conversation with their doctor before beginning any serious B or other vitamin regimen if it is known to have therapeutic or other effects beyond just normal nutrition maintenance. Years ago I did and the MegaFood B complex has been working for me ever since. I take it mid-late afternoon for a sustained energy boost without a crash that sugar and caffeine-containing products bring, and at the same time it helps lower and control my naturally high cholesterol without the B-vitamin flush and sweats so common to people taking a therapeutic dose of B. It's naturally derived and highly efficiently absorbed. This has been my go-to for years.
