    This tool did help me turn the under ceramic back nut of a newly installed tap or at least hold it steady whilst ratcheting the tap itself . < loose tap installation problem >. So it felt a bit rudimentary or " Heath Robinson " but it worked . I find the metallic vertical tap wrenches confusing. I must have a low IQ when it comes to dir of rotation and l/r positioning of jaws.

    Useless bit of kit, flimsy and non-functional. If your plumbing is finger tight then it might work, but other than that, it's a waste of plastic and metal.
