I was happy to return the item so I could get a refund. They gave me a refund for a third of the value of the order and when I messaged to tell them that wasn't acceptable as a solution they refused to communicate with me. So now I have a product I didn't order and a fraction of the cash back which I spent on it. Such poor service.
