Returns Policy (for item's 'Not as Described' or 'Damaged'):
 
 
Claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving item. Claims will not be accepted on items that the warranty seal has been tampered with, or removed. The item MUST be in ORIGINAL condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) supplied in (Refunds are only possible for returns which have not been used.) and you MUST return the item using postal service with TRACKING NUMBER, and Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee solely, We do not refund return delivery costs. (We recommend that all goods being returned are suitably packaged and dispatched using traceable means, and are insured accordingly as we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged returns).We do not offer warranty on any goods apart from the Returns Policy mentioned above. A high proportion of our goods will come with manufacturers warranty cards, it is however purely at the discretion of the manufacturer whether these are honoured under there specific standard warranty terms and conditions policy. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty offered. Buyers wanting to return items for any other reason will incur a 20% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from the refunded balance (minimum re-stocking fee of £2.50) IF your Request to Return is accepted by us.

    QUALITY WORTH PAYING FOR !

    Any pen made by Pilot I have found to be of top quality,and these marker pens are certainly no exception ! When compared to some others that I've used in the past,the old adage; "you get what you pay for" certainly seems to ring true.Truly impressive marker pens !!

    Very useful product that works really well.
