We accept all major credit & debit cards but regretfully cannot accept American Express at this time. We can also accept cheques from either a business or personal kind but you will have to bear in mind we work on a basis of 10 working days from the cheque arrives to dispatch the goods. We are happy to accept payments via PayPal.
If you are an international customer, please be aware that at the point of payment your card issuing bank will convert the amount paid in UK pounds to your currency at the current exchange rate. This may incur a charge.

VAT is included on all purchases which means that the price you see is what you pay unless delivery charges are involved.
 
We intend to keep our advertised stock levels accurate but in the event that this does not occur & an order has been placed we will notify the customer as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.
 
No items are supplied on a trial basis.
 
The courier will try to deliver your parcel three times, if they have no contact from the buyer after the third attempt they will return your shipment to us. Any additional carriage charges will be chargeable to the buyer.
 
All delivery addresses unless notified otherwise will be taken as address on PayPal notifications. For most purchases we will not send to an unconfirmed address.
