    Excellent Seller. Very well packaged. Not used as of yet but sure it will be fine. Can you please note the item has been previously opened. The outer packaging was not damaged. However, the inner packaging and instructions have been used. So assuming someone has previously returned the item. This could be a previous customer taking advantage and then returning for a refund, which is unfair to yourselves. Regards.
