Could not be happier. Dealer communicated promptly and was friendly. Books arrived days after ordering, were in the condition described, and two of them even included old bookmarks where the previous reader had apparently stopped. I love those kinds of silly ephemera. I would order old paperbacks from this dealer again and again.

sounds a bit absurdish. i've been sending tons of stuff all over the world for the 5+ years using the same padded waterproof envelopes with no complaints whatsoever. if the book arrived damaged, i think you should complain to italian post.
