After contacting them not many hours after ordering the product, and requesting to cancel my order due to realisation that I no longer needed the item. They did not reply, instead they went ahead the very next day to proceed to post the package despite my message. I had contacted another seller the same day I sent my previous message requesting cancellation and they had no issue and cancelled my order straight away. This seller however had very poor communication and wasted my money.
