The mop didn't work. I couldn't get any steam at all. So I sent it back. I was sent a postage label for 3kg but it weighed 5kg. So The post office wouldn't accept it even when I offered to pay the difference. I contacted Ebay chats and was advised to get my own label. It cost £9.70. Which I cannot get back.

I was initially disappointed in the packaging the hairdryer arrived in, the description did say original box or repackaged…which I guess it was but it was just a huge cardboard box, not something I could wrap as the gift I intended.
The hairdryer didn’t work so I contacted seller who promptly arranged collection & dispatched a replacement so for customer service A*
Will buy refurbished again from them as couldn’t fault the service.
