I love the vacuum. However it took 3 attempts to arrive:1st time they sent a kettle by mistake, so they sent DPD to collect. 2nd time they marked as dispatched when it wasn't. 3rd time I received a brand new vacuum(I had ordered refurbished). So, despite the rigmarole I am leaving positive feedback for this reason. Customer service very good throughout.

Item was exactly as described, battery came fully charged. Used straight away and its so powerful I couldn't believe what came off the carpet. Really pleased with this purchase and would definatly advise to have a look at refurbs before going for brand new, my item looks brand new no scratches or marks.
