Great. Arrived really well-packed and like new. I have already used it and the suction is really good. It's great to have the possibility to control the level of suction, too. Fabulous that it folds down really small. The batter could last longer, but then I had it on high suction and it did four bedrooms and the hall stairs and landing, so it's more than enough for me!

The item was initially sent with two small parts missing, but Shark acted very quickly to resolve this. As far as the Stratos is concerned, it's decent, but compared to my six-year-old Shark (corded) NV800, it's less powerful, but the worst thing is that it feels very awkward and 'grippy' to move across my short-to-medium pile carpet.The old NV8000 almost ran away from your hand and rolled effortlessly across my carpet, but the Stratos behaves/feels like it has no wheels on it.

I was initially disappointed in the packaging the hairdryer arrived in, the description did say original box or repackaged…which I guess it was but it was just a huge cardboard box, not something I could wrap as the gift I intended.
The hairdryer didn’t work so I contacted seller who promptly arranged collection & dispatched a replacement so for customer service A*

Might be some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Item came packed really well and in good working order and super fast delivery. There was a small issue when I had received the wrong diffuser attachment for the hairdryer and they were super quick responding to my messages and getting the correct one sent out to me. Definitely recommend!
