Bought on 18th as Certified Refurbished, returned on the 19th as clearly not a "Certified" product, with damaged rubber seal trim, and heat/stress damage to the waste container. Contacted seller, but they're slow to reply, so opened a case. They asked me to close the case and they would refund me. Obviously I won't do that without getting my money back! Needless to say, I'm still waiting for a refund! Others seem to be OK, but I can't recommend this seller based on my experience!!!

Looks pristine apart from a few minor marks on the wand tool. Very powerful with effective rollers. No hairs in the rollers too, after using for half an hour! Folds up nice and small and there is a bag for the tools. The two batteries make it perfect. A little heavier than my older cordless but way, way better. The extra weight in the rollers part helps it grip the carpet. Very impressed. It even arrived 2 days early.

Don't waste your money and time!
We have 2 girls with long hair in this house, hair on the carpet is the major problem. I tried using strong suction, still can't really pick all the hair up. Plus it drains the battery very quick. I asked for a refund but I was only allowed to have a replacement even though it's just about to be 6 months since I've purchased. I thought I'd give Shark a try instead of just going for Dyson. Now, I am stuck with a useless hoover in my house and have to go buy a new Dyson hoover. We have 2 girls with long hair in this house, hair on the carpet is the major problem. I am very pleased with its suction, and the pickup of material from hard floor. On carpet. it seems fairly gentle on the pile and gets the hairs well, but his is only the first week of use so I can't comment on reliability yet.
