The PC itself works a treat now I have the correct power adapter, that in the end had to purchase myself. Thats been the issue it was supplied with the wrong adapter and the company sent out a more powerful one but the socket end was too big. So all in all not the best experience and thats why im leaving neutral feedback as the PC works well. I have given them all the chance to redeem themselves but in the end I cut my losses and bought an adapter that works

Arrived a day late, but that was down to the courier it seems.
On delivery - unit is well packaged and I am very satisfied with the general appearance & physical condition.
Keys are responsive and trackpad ion good condition. I have yet to test all the ports but no driver issues and
clean registry, no Wi-Fi problems. Screen is clear and no noticeable flaws. Good VFM! Especially in this climate.
Seller is a good communicator, item as described. I can therefore definitely recommend this seller!
