Exact Item was out of stock, so it’s not the same item ordered but they called me to work out a deal on a similar item. I would have preferred a rosewood board with the EMG preamp but they worked out a deal on a combustion NG3 since it’s what they had in stock. All NG3’s come with maple boards and Darkglass preamps, and I already had a 5 string NG3 at home. I’m happy with the deal and I’d order again. Bass Central answered all my questioned and helped all the way through the sale. They used the best postage option. Guitar was Posted on a Monday in the USA and delivered to my door on the Thursday. I would not hesitate to use them again. Plus the price wasn't anymore than buying in the UK and I got a colour not available anymore in the UK..... - r***u (11)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchasethe process getting the bass to me was quick and efficient. instrument arrived safely and on time. packaging was satisfactory. one problem-- upon receipt the input jack nut was loose and caused intermittent distortion and loss of signal. fortunately i was able to correct this (so far). not a huge problem, but i wonder if a simple play test at the shop would have revealed this before it went out. not something you can blame on jostling during shipping. however i'm happy with the transaction.
