Delighted - even refurbished it’s expensive so I did a lot of research and even when I ordered, I was a bit nervous. The product though is great (looks new) and having just tried it for the first time, I’m sold - even as a hairdryer it’s excellent but the brush for straightness and the air wrap for a voluminous blowout look are just fantastic. I have thick, course hair for anyone else wondering if it might work for them. Came within two days as well.

Might be some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Item came packed really well and in good working order and super fast delivery.
