    Yummy bean recipes, great if you want to cut down on meat.

    I love this book. I had already discovered Bold Beans beans and they are absolutely delicious, so I was very excited to learn there was a book which just focused on bean recipes! I'm not a vegetarian but am trying to move towards eating less meat, and beans offer a very tasty and filling alternative that can hit that 'meat' spot. I've only just started to map out which recipes to start with but I'm tempted by many, especially the simpler ones and those that have cheese in them! I'll be buying copies for friends for Xmas.

    Lots of delicious recipes involving beans from a variety of cooks/chefs - Iā€™m not vegetarian but trying to include some veggie recipes in our diet. Already made 2 recipes and will make them hem both again - I feel inspired to work my way through the whole book!
