Horrible experience, sent cheap Chinese made item. Neither Barbour or leather. Tried to tell me it didn’t say leather in listing but clearly did then wanted me to pay return shipping and promised to repay. So shady. Also package came from Karachi Pakistan.

KEEPING ME INFORMED WHEN THEY HAD A DELAY DUE TO POST CODE NOT BEING RECOGNISED BY COURIER COMPANY. THEY RECTIFIED THIS AND ALSO GOT BACK TO ME VERY QUICKLY WHEN I WAS UNSURE WHERE THE DELIVERY WAS AS THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE .
ITEM WAS AS DESCRIBED - ONLY DISCREPANCY WAS THE LINING AS I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE WOOL AS PER THE ORIGINAL DESIGN BUT IT IS IN FACT A LIGHTER MATERIAL BUT STILL VERY NICE.

Seller sent the item in the complete wrong colour, then tried to charge me £50 to correct their mistake. They spent the next couple weeks messing me about with the return. Eventually they asked me to start a “return request” then almost immediately had a go at me for starting a return request. All I’ve been left with is a month of stress and a £55 customs bill (oh yeah, they’re not really based in the uk, they’re based in Pakistan). Horrible customer service
