was trying to purchase a 11 feet plasterboard lifting tool which i clicked on there site as is there picture of the sale item and then received an item that wasn't the item in the picture but what was in description. Contacted company and basically said that i recieved what i ordered and would need to send back at my expense for refund or if i accepted an £8 pound payment to keep the item. All i want is a full refund and have the item collected free of charge as post is very deceiving.
