Shipping was extremely fast. The pads are a bit thinner and don't fit perfectly like the original but it does lock in once you get it into place. For the adjustable arm pads, insert the 2 front screws in first but not all the way in before slotting in the back catch, it might be a bit tricky to get it to fit and could take some adjusting back and forth before you do get everything in place.

We are pleased with the product we received. I suspect that this may be the orignal manufacturer of the part since it appears identical to the original part we needed to replace. Unfortunately, the support we received, or more correctly did not receive from the domestic retailer led me to explore other options. Fortunately, this vendor had filled our need. Shipping took almost a month but we expected that and the cost was nonimal. I would definitely use this vendor again!
