Unfortunately my item never arrived at no fault of the seller, it is the USPS losing the package. The seller responded quickly to my emails and went above & beyond to locate the package and refunded me. The seller showed impeccable customer service.

Thank you for your review and for your business. Just wanted to post a quick follow-up on the above as we shipped the item on March 20th, the same day it was purchased. The package was going to New Jersey, just across the river and a 1.5 hour commute from New York. It was delivered eventually - a full four weeks later. The buyer showed remarkable patience and was a pleasure to work with but by that point both of us had long since given up. USPS has to do better and fix these ongoing issues!
