PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF ORDER:

Orders will be processed, at the latest, by the next working day only once full payment has been received. Stocks are subject to change and may not be updated, in the event that there is no stock when an order is processed, this order will be fully refunded.

The price values listed at the time of purchase is the total price and includes VAT at the standard rate.

DELIVERY

If the order is small and can be sent through postal services, we will do so. If the order is large and requires a lorry or a large van, we will arrange a courier service or our team to deliver, please ensure that we are informed about any large vehicle restrictions. When the delivery is made by our team, a Kerbside Delivery will be made, and we take full responsibility for ensuring the goods arrive, on time and in the item conditions specified. WRONG ITEMS AND DAMAGED GOODS

When the goods are being delivered by our team, a signature will be required. Please ensure that the items received are the right products and that they are not damaged before you sign for them. We do not accept claims for wrong items and damaged goods unless a signature and a brief description of the issue were logged with the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. When the goods are being delivered by a courier service, a signature may or may not be required; and any issue will need to be taken up with the delivery carrier or the courier service.

CANCELLATION

If the ordered item is no longer required and you wish to return them within the specified time, there will be a cancellation charge of 10% if the goods have not been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched and are not required, the cancellation charge will be 50% for Carpets, Vinyls and for any other items. The cancellation charge for laminates will be 60%. All charge percentages are of the cost that was originally paid without delivery cost. The delivery cost will be deduced from the money returned. We will only process refunds once goods are received and inspected. There should not be any damage in the packaging for laminate and must be unopened, and for the carpet and vinyl it should be wrapped back in the original packaging as far as possible and it should not have been used.

COLOUR AND SHADE

We cannot guarantee that colour of the item that was seen on the exact colour of the items you saw or ordered as different batch have slight variation in the colour . We cannot guarantee colour match for multi width carpets and vinyl as they are made at different time.
