They arrived in a box via parcelforce and I was sceptical at first how they had been squeezed in but upon opening them, only one branch had snapped which considering the weight and size of them, I think is pretty good! I would advise ordering during the week so there is no holding time over the weekend in transit and also 1.5m is including the pot which is just over 20cm, so something to bear in mind. Overall really pleased and will definitely buy from them again!

Contacted seller and they responded abruptly. The bamboo is also in poor condition, very pale and crispy. Regret wasting £60 on this company. Very poor service and even worse quality.
