Let down by lack of communication about tracking for delivery. First notification that the parcel had been dispatched came two hours after the first attempt to be delivered. Because of this delivery was missed and had to be made again. Had to go out for an important appointment. Did not make other arrangements as according to the order details it had not been dispatched. Contacted seller about this and received reply after first delivery attempt.
