Very good communication from seller, almost unbelievable delivery time and item is as described. It cleaned the sensor on my Olympus OMD EM5 clean as a whistle, not a spot or smear at all. I did use two of the pads as on the first clean the camera had turned off and sensor did move. Camera has to be on to lock the Image stabilisation moving sensor. Also cleaned my older Lumix GF2 only used one pad and it was much cleaner, but probably needed 2 cleans, but only 3 pads left and rarely use the GF2
