The map of Japan works just fine in my Garmin Montana 750i, but the only thing I do not like about it is that the background is blue. So it looks like I am in the ocean when traveling on the road. The ocean is there and blends in. Shipper told me the background can be changed, but it cannot be changed. Anyone experience the same?

Not what Garmin advertises
If you look at the western boundary you would expect to get the same resolution there as you do along the coast of Florida however the resolution drops off to unusable west of I-95 from Cocoa Beach south. So if you are an air boater like myself running the St John's river south of Lake Washington there is no use to have this product. Garmin says it covers the whole St John's river but that is not the case at least not with the same resolution as the coast of Florida. This is only a product for boaters on the actual coast of Florida.
