First of all the seller did not send goods with appropriate postage so I had to pay extra to have it released and delivered. Worst of all, there was so much mentioning of marble in the description and very briefly mentioned some Masonite board which I had no idea what that was. When the parcel did arrive, I was F’ing gutted! 😞 and a waste of my money.

Hi,you could have simple asked me for a replacement or refund before leaving feedback, my parcels are registered by Royal Mail so all go by my contract so there is no weights charged as i get a monthly bill. The board was correct what i sent. I always help my customers as you can see feedback but you didn't even once approach. I won even ask to revise feedback because people should read my comments too and see my general feedback that i do help and solve issues but not if i don't know anything
