I bought a Polti iron from the same store. Items are dispatched quickly & well packaged. I was a bit surprised to find for the steam cleaner one of the accessories missing - for cleaning grout, which coincidentally was one of the reasons for buying the steam cleaner. I contacted the seller & was told as the item was second hand this was to be expected. I have often bought reconditioned items & this is my first experience of not receiving everything as if new. Disappointing, hence 4 stars
