The seller was very prompt in getting back to me about the DVD that I received being a fake. They apologized and said that DVD happened to be shipped from their third party supplier, so they didn t have a chance to check it personally to make sure it was legitimate. The seller was also very prompt in providing a refund for the DVD. So even though I am disappointed in the DVD, the seller was very nice, and true to their word.
