I hate to leave this review but the seller sent me a stained dress, didn't mention the stain in the listing and even told me she had seen the stain when packing the item, then why send it without telling me? I really needed the dress and had waited so long for it to arrive so I asked to just be refunded the cost of dry cleaning but she refused and only offered £10 on a £70 dress, this wasn't even half the cleaning cost, I wish this had been better but I would avoid this seller.

This could not be too far from the truth. Not only was the dress in pristine condition, I accepted the return and sent a label. The buyer retracted, stating that she meant to request a discount to dry clean the dress before her wedding. They buyer suggested a partial refund of £10, which I accepted out of the kindness of my heart. The buyer was seemingly grateful and thanked me, having bagged a brand new dress worth £243 for just £60. Why keep a dress with defects when you can return?
