Just the job for outdoor Xmas lights. As it comes *without* a 4-way block extension lead it means I could make one up with the right length of cable for the location where it was needed. The cable entry has a two-part squidgy rubber block for a close watertight fit, and the lid has a secure catch to hold it firmly closed. As others have mentioned, the box isn't tall enough for some Xmas light mains adaptors to stand upright when plugged in, but they fit OK with the 4-way block laid on its side. Excellent for normal plugs.
Good quality- good customer service. Box works well with a 4 gang plug. However I wanted this for my xmas lights outside and if your lights do not have a traditional small plugs you may struggle to close the box. For normal plugs excellent!

Having priced these elsewhere these were the best value for money for the exact same product. We were able to put out loads of decorations for the kids - the outside looked great. Our neighbours attempted to make their version covering extension cables outside with loose bits of spare wood! Good box to use outside
I mounted mine on the wall and the box works well. the lid can be a bit of a fiddle and it would be nice if it came with the back plate or at least having some available for sale. If you just use as a temporary thing it is supplied with Velcro which allows you to fix your electric to the back rather than laying on the bottom of it.
