    organic! inexpensive! tasty! all that however does not mean that it will satisfy your craving for salt. I use this product (after grinding it in my blender) for seasoning meats and vegetables, and it does replace a certain quantity of salt in that respect. Potassium chloride products are my choice (despite the barely noticeable aftertaste, and the expense) for a true salt substitute. if you have been recently placed on a salt-restricted diet, you MUST change your eating habits, and your attitude about salted food. this seasoning blend is a nice transitional product, and much cheaper than mrs. dash and similar seasonings.

    This product is excellent for everybody especially for my wife, she was introduced to it after heart surgery in the hospital for a low sodium diet. Now it is a staple in our house the entire family. It can be used on all food and vegetable. We just love it....

    This seasoning is great on everything.

    I thought I couldn't eat food without salt and I'm on a low sodium diet. With this seasoning I don't need or miss the salt. You don't need to cook with salt or add it at the table. Just use this seasoning.
