We give a full 6 month guarantee on all items we sell.

This warranty covers any problems that may occur within that period. New appliances would obviously be covered by the manufacturers warranty.If the appliance is delivered by ourselves then we will send one of our trained engineers to rectify the problem within 3 working days. If the appliance is taken by the customer; and the distance is too great, then the customer would have to return the appliance to the address where purchased,or possibly a local engineer could be used if this is easier or more cost effective. so that a repair/replacement or refund can be given.

Appliance World offer a free delivery service within a 10 mile radius of our business address. Distances greater than 10 miles will be charged at the discretion of Appliance World, and with agreement of the customer.

We will deliver goods upstairs at no extra cost, but we must be notified before delivery to ensure correct procedures are in place. We don't however, deliver into cellars or basements. If a customer has put an appliance in a cellar/basement and it develops a fault then it would be their responsibility to bring appliance back up any steps or stairs.

If the fittings are present, then we offer a free connection service on our washing machines and dryers.

We will also take away and recycle your old appliance free of charge.
