Excellent seller. Offered me a better model than what I'd ordered for the same price. The hoover was packaged well, arrived in good time. And it is a thing of beauty!! One tiny part was broken (which was odd since the item had been packaged so well) Contacted seller to ask for new one. Haven't had a new one yet but the guy is really helpful and quick to reply to any messages so I'm sure if I message him to remind him (to be fair I'd forgotten about it!) he will arrange it for me. Will use again!
