    Good standby microwave containers

    These containers were purchased to be used in self catering accommodation, and not for everyday use. The set I bought consisted of , one ,one litre and one, two litre. they are lightweight and the one litre nestles inside the two litre. they are extremely good value and a nice design feature is the venting adjustment on the lid. I would recommend them for occasional use.

    Value for money but not best on the market.

    Good size, the lid is not the best fitting. The lid has just one small lip that helps one lift it off. The price is right so it will sell.Ive bought better but at the price one cannot complain it will do the Job it's made for.

    If you want one, buy this one - perfect

    For me, being a single bloke, it is just the right size for the portions I use, on top of that, the material from which it is made has a smoothhhhhh finish and so is much easier to clean - it's the "dogs doodahs" - Rod

    A small expense for a huge saving.

    These are absolutely perfect for what I bought them for, namely, boiling water which they do very quickly in the microwave. It takes 7 minutes to heat two and three quarter litres which is enough to wash with. The gas boiler stopped working just before Christmas and left me with no way to heat water. Buying two of these pots solved that problem. I like the swiveling vent on the lid and the one's I bought fit nicely in the microwave. Heating water with them works out considerably cheaper than using gas, anyway, so I will, more than likely, continue to use them after the boiler's been repaired. At 24p a unit it works out at around 4p to heat 5 litres. It costs that to run the boiler for one minute. I'm really pleased with my purchase and, if I should need to in the future, will ...

    good sizes and good price

    Good variety of sizes at a good price. Generally easy to clean but - The only problem I have found is that when using the small bowl to heat baked beans it has been discoloured by the tomatoe sauce from the beans.
