the item arrived well packed but the actual gift box inside was battered and looked second hand,as a xmas gift for my grandaughter this was not ok clearly the item was posted in this condition the supplier wanted me to buy a second item at a slightly reduced price which did not resolve my problem I explained this to the seller who chose to ignore my situation so I would avoid this seller as they dont care about their customers sad to give negative feedback they could have done better
