So ebay ordered me x2 of my x5 disc order i only wanted 5 x disc for £10.92. So i messaged seller straight away to be ignored till next day when ordered had been picked packaged and diapatched with tracking number!! then they reply what can we help u with!!!! lmao very poor customer service to say the least. Customer placed two orders in error. We dispatched the orders same day with tracking information. Customer messaged the next day asking to cancel one of the orders. However, because they had already been shipped and collected by Royal Mail cancellation was not possible. Both orders track as delivered safely. We offered a free returns label but no response from customer. We were fair and helpful, I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave negative feedback after we fulfilled your order correctly.

Fine for the price but pretty poor quality
For the price including 3 pullers, you really can't complain too much, but the build quality isn't great at all. The nuts aren't nylocs so they come so tight, you can't actually move the arms. Once loosened every one of them just wants to unwind and fall off. If you replace the nuts for nylocs or simply Loctite them, they seem to work fine. Overall - ok to hanmve on hand for the odd job, but most certainly not for regular use and abuse.For the price including 3 pullers, you really can't complain too much, but the build quality isn't great at all. The standard of product is not what I'd normally expect from Sealey but then I had my suspicions due to the price. The bolts that hold the legs on are so tight that it is impossible to open the puller to use it. They need to be loosened to use the product (I will be replacing the nuts with Nylock ones). The casting is not the best but OK. The head of one of the centre screws is not totally hexagonal and has one face which has been ground to an angle. Ok for the price
Mostly fit for purpose. The only observation is that the fingers that are drained to grab the edge of the bearing or gear are cast iron and do not have a sharp edge. So for delicate operations one would need to grind the rough surfaces to make a sufficient edge.

Only used the larger of the 3, not too impressed with the quality. Material used for the bolt just mild steel. One leg slightly longer than the other 2 so didn’t pull straight. Couldn’t find a socket to fit the bolt, 15mm too small, 16mm too big. Did the job, but only just. Will be buying something better in the future. Good budget pulley puller
Good budget gear / pulley pulling tool. However, not really suitable as a bearing puller, which is what I should have gone for. I haven't put this under any real load, so can't comment on its robustness.
