Tale accettazione si ritiene tacita, se non altrimenti comunicato al cliente. Effettuando un ordine nelle varie modalità previste, il Cliente dichiara di aver preso visione di tutte le indicazioni a lui fornite durante la procedura d'acquisto, e di accettare integralmente le condizioni generali e di pagamento di seguito trascritte.

2. Diritto di recesso:

Il Cliente che, per qualsiasi motivo, intenda esercitare il diritto di recesso ai sensi dell'Art. 64 del D.Lgs

206/05, può esercitare tale diritto, senza alcuna penalità, restituendo quanto acquistato entro il termine di 14 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce.

I prodotti devono essere restituiti accuratamente imballati, nelle confezioni originali e senza aver subito alcun danneggiamento, manomissione di qualsiasi tipo o smarrimento di pezzi, unitamente alla fattura accompagnatoria ricevuta con gli stessi.

Ricordiamo che ai sensi dell'Art. 67 comma 2 del D.Lgs. 206/05 l'integrità del bene è condizione essenziale per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso. La merce oggetto del diritto di recesso viaggia a rischio e pericolo del Cliente che si fa carico anche delle spese di spedizione per la restituzione. GMShipModelling provvederà al rimborso il più presto possibile e comunque entro 30 giorni dal ricevimento della merce restituita, mediante bonifico bancario. Tale rimborso si riferisce esclusivamente al prezzo dei prodotti acquistati.

Le spese di spedizione non sono oggetto di rimborso e quindi rimarranno a carico del Cliente.

Item was as described and built easily into an attractive model. I paid £85.86 for express delivery and the item arrived from Italy a few days after being sent. Unfortunately, they waited 12 days from receiving my order before sending it, thus rather negating the express delivery concept. There may be a valid reason for this, but I wasn't told anything. Also, all communication was in Italian, which I don't speak, necessitating the use of Google Translate. No biggie, but irritating.
