Item arrived fine but seller is dishonest selling hard drives as new when they are not. we use software called crystal disk info and when we connected the drive up it came back that the drive had been used for 25096 hours of use hardly new if it was new it would read 0000 we could also tell from the software the drive was 2013 year .we also have a message from the seller saying they are a clearance store and have no way of testing ,they are selling as new but they are not we have a graph as proo

Disappointed. Not the model advertised. This model, with the on-screen button is not readable in the sunshine. I bought the model with the button on the side, which is much clearer. And it took 17 days to get here. Picture shows what I wanted ( my old one), and what was supplied.
