Ring recieved matches photo, but unfortunately, this is not a sapphire and diamond ring as advertised. The seller and I have been unable to establish what type of gem is in this ring. Seller did advise a authenticity card was posted (not recieved). A photo of an authenticity card was provided following our comms, but the product code related to a completely different cluster ring (checked on manufacturers website).
