I am so disappointed. The whole order was messy.it still showing it has not shipped,yet it has been delivered for days. This status makes it difficult to request a return or refund. I did.contact seller through messaging. Response was slow then ok.again poor.
2 part order, a book with CD and a DVD set. 1. The wrong book was sent. 2. The DVD set was a mess. Missing DVDs and 2 are not working. I to keep messaging.now the incorrect status states cases closed. Buyer beware. So sad and disappointed
