Responsive seller. There were some problems with this order as she noted herself. Items were originally listed that weren’t included in the 1st box. Those items were sent in a 2nd box. Two items in the first box were badly broken, and two items in the second box were chipped. The seller has filed an insurance claim for the broken items; however, since this was a gift, I had to purchase each of the broken and chipped pieces at a significant expense. I’m waiting for the insurance claim or refund
