And again - Order just arrived they seem fine but the length of the leg is very large - would have to get them altered did say 42 waist and 29 inside leg. I would say the 29 inch is 32 inch at least.

They are helpful but extremely slow. Sent wrong trouser twice. Also when they replaced the item they didn't bother to check and send a mixed cloth instead of 100% cotton. Picture shared. Trouser that I could buy half of the price and technically it is free for me as we get it from company. They did ask me whether I want to replace again but I couldn't bother anymore to get to post office to return again

The buyer wanted a replacement because the item didn't fit. We didn't charge for the postage and sent a return label with a replacement.
We made a mistake and sent a Polycotton item. We offered a refund or free replacement at our cost but didn't receive a reply from the buyer. We always try to solve our customers problems and provide full support.
