The action figures showed up in great shape and were packed well. The figures look amazing. The only reason I am giving them a 4 is because I sent them a message about two tracking numbers assigned to my order - which confused me a lot - they never responded to my question. All action figures were in a single box - not sure why a second box and tracking number was in the order. It still says waiting on pick up.
